About EEMODS '09

EEMODS ’09 will provide a forum to discuss and debate the latest developments in the impacts of electrical motor systems on energy and the environment,
the policies and programmes adopted and planned, and the technical and commercial advances made in the dissemination and penetration of energy-efficient motor systems.
Particular attention will be dedicated to energy management, international harmonisations and standards, policies, and innovative financial schemes for motor systems.

Following the success of the EEMODS conferences in Lisbon (1996), London (1999), Treviso (2002), Heidelberg (2005) and Beijing (2007),

Cetim and Ademe with the scientific and technical support of the European Commission DG Joint Research Centre are organising

the 6th International Conference on Energy Efficiency in Motor Driven Systems

The previous EEMODS events have been very successful in attracting an international and distinguished audience, representing a wide variety of stakeholders in the development, manufacturing and promotion of energy-efficient motor systems, including key policy makers, academics, manufacturers end motor systems end-users.
